10 апреля в атмосферном кинозале Mayfair Hotel London — уникальное событие: британская премьера фильма Кирилла Серебренникова «Лимонов. Баллада об Эдичке». Это не просто биография, а дерзкая, гипнотическая история о человеке, который бросал вызов — власти, морали, времени и самому себе.
Он был героем и антигероем. Поэтом, бунтарём, пророком. Его книги запрещали и передавали из рук в руки. Его стиль жизни шокировал, а взгляды — разделяли и отвергали. Это фильм о Лимонове — и о каждом, кто когда-либо мечтал жить по-настоящему.
Фильм Кирилла Серебренникова «Лимонов, баллада об Эдичке» был представлен в конкурсе 77-го Каннского кинофестиваля в мае 2024 года.
После показа зрителей ждёт встреча и обсуждение (Q&A) с голливудским актёром Томасом Араной, сыгравшим одну из ролей в фильме.
